Reflect on your values and set yourself up for a clear, transformative path forward. Through this questionnaire, I get to know more about you and how I can be part of your journey.
In our first session, we’ll dig deep into intentions and goals for what lies ahead. I’ll get an understanding of exactly what challenges or barriers lie in your way and how we can overcome them. We’ll identify three areas to work on throughout your coaching experience, e.g. mindset, specific goals, confidence, lifestyle etc.
Fortnightly coaching calls hosted via Zoom. In each session, we’ll create a collaborative space for you to make change, grow in yourself and your business and carve out a new path for your life ahead.
Coaching doesn’t end when we hang up our call. I’ll be contactable throughout your program for advice and support, to answer questions or to give you a little motivation when you need it!
